Hi, I am Natalie and I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. 

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are interconnected. I will go beyond your diet to consider other lifestyle factors that may be contributing to your symptoms and feeling unwell. Nutrition is key, but stress, sleep, exercise and mindset are just as important to a balanced healthy life. Together we will look at every part of your life to explore how these parts affect your health. We will then develop a personalized plan that works for you! 


I will teach you how to make nutrition and lifestyle shifts that actually stick in the long term so you can be successful beyond the program. You will learn how to make choices that support your well being and ever changing wellness goals for years to come. You will become your own health expert who is able to tune into your body’s signals to know exactly what it needs and make decisions that support those needs.
