Here’s a quick glimpse into what it’s like to work with me.

 

Our initial consultation is a chance for us to get to know each other, to understand your current symptoms and challenges, as well as your health and wellness goals. Then we will brainstorm solutions to those challenges, discuss the coaching process and figure out if my program is a good fit to accomplish those goals.

 

During our initial program session we will go deeper into defining what health means to you and creating your personal wellness vision. Then, using your wellness vision as a guide, we will set some initial goals and develop an action plan around them to get you started on the road to feeling better fast! We talk at length about where you are today and where you want to be with your health in the future, and map out a path on how to get there. This becomes our road map for our work together.

 

Once we start, we meet every week for 16 weeks for an hour via a virtual Zoom call to work together on the action plan that we developed. Here we get super detailed and practical, always making sure we create specific, actionable goals that fit into your busy lifestyle. We discuss nutrition, movement, sleep and stress management, and anything and everything in between! We make it work, even if your life is very busy, even if you don’t feel good enough to stand in the kitchen all day, even if you work a full time job and drive your kids around activities all night and have 0 time for yourself.
